F².U.E.L makes it easy to know what to eat every day. There is no need to run to the grocery store at the last minute when you are already starving at the end of the day. No need to spend $10 on a tasteless sandwich, or eat the same thing every day for lunch. The meal plans allow me to eat a variety of foods, and I am particularly pleased that the meals are created with the individual needs of the client in mind. Eating the meals every three or four hours gives me the energy I need to be on my feet all day for my job and keeps me from over-eating when I get home for dinner. I especially enjoy the breakfasts - I can't believe that the sweet potato pancakes or the turkey sausage are allowed in a diet plan.
